I reckon it was Seeds of Change organic tomato and basil soup
and some garlic and rosemary flatbreads that he made himself, in his outdoor wood oven (which he built himself).

I can inform you that it was halfway between
Sainsburys own brand stuff from the chilled section, with hovis seeded bread
