Oh, no
I did fracture my skull, but no particularly bad damage was done to my bonce. My face and mouth took most of the impact.
Took most of the skin off my hands at the time too. Really I was fucking lucky to survive it.

Stupid kid. I walked out in front of a bus without looking when I was 10-ish. It sort of clipped me and threw me about 30 feet down the road.
