Depends, if she went to the swimming pool specifically to feed her child then that would be a bit weird
But if she was at the swimming pool with her child and then the child wanted a feed, it makes sense for her to feed it.

Apparently in iceland you have to have a full naked shower with soap before you're allowed in swimming pools and there are attendants to ensure that you do shower.
