The power steering pipe went on it.
They're around £150 from Saab but I've a mate who's in hydraulics so he's made me something up.

Unfortunately, the mechanic who helped me get the bugger off has had to disappear home so I've got to put the thing back together (re-fit intercooler, radiator etc). Oh, and in my laziness to not get around to fixing it one of my indicator clusters appears to have fell off / been nicked.

Doesn't sound too bad.
If it's a non standard part be careful how tight it all goes back together. You don't want power steering coming loose halfway round a sharp bend.

True, it's not the assembly though.
Just the hose from the pump to the rack so worst case everything would go very stiff rather than me end up driving through someone's house or something.
