I only have a small space but I grow bush toms (Tumbling Tom)
in 12" pots against a south facing wall on my patio. Does the job.

That's good too.
Also if you've never tried it: strawberries sprinkled in black pepper and pour on small quantity balsamic. Leave to soak half an hour before stirring round and noshing. Seriously gourmet.

I couldn't get into the black pepper, but the balsamic thing works well.
And with the juices from the balsamic massorated strawberies, run them through some maskapony or lightly whipped cream.
