Sometimes I make a lasagne out of chilli and use tortillas and sour cream instead of pasta sheets and bechemel sauce.
It's proper decadent.

It's piss-easy, but a pain having to stand for ages stirring the pan constantly.
Someone should make a pan stirrer that isn't total shit.

I do if I'm cooking up something with care/love/whatever....
.... but if i'm just getting a mid-week meal on that I just want to bang in the oven and forget about 'till feeding time, then the jar stuff is pretty much just as good.
