mine always says"i will be picking up emails during my absence, and will revert to you as soon as possible, but if your query is urgent, blah blah"
on the basis that i sunbathe with my blackberry in my hand, and it was the first thing i asked for after coming round when i knocked myself out last week... stupid work, but i'd always rather know what was going on than have a dark surprise on my return.
