I used to quite enjoy ironing.
Then it got to a point where I realised it was a futile pursuit, as the combination of body heat and gravity makes most of the creases drop out of things fairly quickly anyway. The last thing I ironed was a shirt for an interview about three months ago.

If you take stuff in from the line and fold it up straight away there's generally no need to iron.
There is absolutely no logic in ironing a t-shirt, for example, if you are going to wear something else on top of it. No fucker can tell if it's been ironed or not.

In general I agree really, but some stuff definitely need ironing, so I do all mine at once, once a week.

I agree.
Fortunately my job no longer requires the wearing of such items, and the shirts I tend to wear when out generally don't need it. It's win/win.
