I make them every year for the Christmas Eve buffet

I'm still not convinced that I like them, but I ate all I made of them, and might give it a go in the future just to confirm if I like them or not.
What's in your pickling mix? I'll give them a shot.

This year I'm doing three batches
Batch one: birdseye chillies
Batch two: Scotch Bonnet Peppers
Batch three: The Dorset Naga Chilly
