The Cellbrite doesn't save or hold copies it simply transfers the files the GUI doesn't have an option for stuff to be viewed.

The thing is, I don't want to install itunes and take a backup onto a fresh build
itunes leaves shit all over the fucking place like an incontinent dog plus there'll be the honking great backup file stored God knows where. I'll have to use my knackered machine, get well angry at how slow it does it and then rebuild afterwards. Fucking pain in the balls.
