yo frog, did you know there's a 3 hour Avery mix on the Boiler Room?
Recorded at fabric. The first 45 mins or so is shoegazey stuff then he goes a bit druggy tech and I haven't got to the next bit.

He has freakishly long arms.

Avery is really fucking good, both as a DJ and as a producer.
Probbles not your thing though.

I listen to allsorts but since being where I am Im liking a lot of tech house and prog
This is an OLD tune but one of my faves at the minute is by Flashmob, called 'Need in Me'

Not sure what genre it fits in.

I like tech house and a bit of prog
Not too much prog though, when it gets too melodic it gets shit.

You should give Ivan Smagghe a go, and tiefschwarz, M.A.N.D.Y. and Wiggle. Craig Richards plays great stuff as well, but he's a bit chin strokey.
(, Fri 15 Nov 2013, 22:20, Reply)
I know tiefschwarz!!
Yes! I'm cool!
(, Fri 15 Nov 2013, 22:21, Reply)
Haha! I've just realised it;s because they remixed a LOAD of 90's pop songs.
For shame!

Have you heard Motor City Drum Ensemble?
He's really good.

Best DJ I've seen is probably Ralph Lawson or Andy Weatherall.

Recently I'd have to say Gareth Emery
Above and Beyond were good in Ibiza last year too. But you hate trance so...

carl cox was shit.

Im too commerical
(, Fri 15 Nov 2013, 22:26, Reply)
Yeah I take the Dave Clarke view of trance, soz.
Never liked it, ever. Not back in 98 when it was all PVD, not since. And it's even worse on pills.

It's structured like a soap opera.
(, Fri 15 Nov 2013, 22:27, Reply)
I like a bit of structure,
I did take a LOT of E back in the day.
I went that way early. Loves Sash's Encore Une fois at 15 and went from there.

Flirted with hard House for a bit too.
