Please be sensible with food/gym ratio.
Think you said earlier 500 cals a day? With that regime whilst working, and gym stuff you're looking at passing out. Or malnutrition lols.

With your-I assume reasonably runaround daytime job- and hitting the gym, it may be a bit much. Just saying dudette.

i've done it for weeks at a time before, it's fine, honestly, not that i'm not grateful for the concern

Forgive me but I gotta go with Pookie here.
That diet is dangerous and the fact that you've done it before without collapsing is testament to your underlying good health. Doesn't mean it's not doing long term damage though.
Never understood why wanting to maintain a "normal" weight has to involve anything extreme.
