b3ta-ing

That'll allow you to get past the nasty work filters and also make it look like you're looking at a perfectly normal (albeit floral) website. (notice the HTTPS, means that they cant tell what you're viewing)

I can recommend Axai's proxy.
I use it a fair bit here to view such scandalous sites as flikr which they block...
