Rich Tea make the perfect cracker.
They're sweat which complements the cheese; see the usage of honey in cheese. The texture is crunchy rather than crumbly which suites a spreadable cheese too.

I did like the chocolate Philadelphia spread when I tried it, though. sort of like cheesecake. now that you could spread on a rich tea.

I've made a few times, where I wrap a fig in parmaham, cut a 'x' in the top of the figure, put a big dollop of goats cheese in the middle, honey on top.... bake for about 10 minutes.
proper good that.
