I think the weatherspoons do that. This one had a green light under the thumb, and a little blue LCD.
I think they did it this way so you can tell it's not a real one, as i've seen quite a few that have a fake red cherry on the end.

I got a flight with Monarch at the end of April, would love for them to allow them for that, like Ryian Air does. I don't even mind if I have to buy a new one just for the flight

I went on a classy easy jet flight before xmas, it said we weren't allowed them but we 'vaped' away and no one seemed to care.
