Blisters and that.The pair I had when I was a student (actually hand-me-ups from our DJ) were really comfy. These days I'm either in Skechers or Converse types. Between arthritis and my gargantuan size, I can't do a full day in heels any more.

Get a hair dryer to soften the leather, wear them around for an hour, when the leather'n'stuff remolds, it'll be in the shape of your foot(
