i love swimmingesp now I have a waterproof ipod case.
but it knackers my hair. stupid hair. stupid London water. ugh.

i've been going so often i have to wash my hair with anti chlorine shampoo/conditioner, followed by normal shampoo, then normal conditioner. Sometimes this makes my hair like candyfloss

yep, waterproof headphones tooit's great, comes on a band to go round your upper arm when swimming. hey presto, end to boring lengths.
