oh and the twunt at the tube station who cut in line for the ticket machine, when i asked the people in front of me politely if they were together or not. he grunted that i was "taking too long."

i shouted at him that i was being polite, but he ignored me. then he totally fucked up his transaction and took ages. i swept past him and said, "now THAT'S taking too long."

which you never normally get to do.
