i don't know anywhere called that nowthere is a lovely restaurant right on the seafront called the boathouse, maybe it turned into that? or lots of pubs that do that sort of thing, all along the front.

The other one I remember is Peter BoatI am sure they used to do a Mayday thing there with greased pole fighting etc. (70's childhood blog)
