A lot of the top levels of earners
don't seem to do very much to earn what they do.
I don't mean the ones who work 15 or 16 hours a day in shiny offices, so much as the ones who earn money by dint of 'having' money.

i think the top 1% of earners pay 30% of the tax or something like that
