We kind of found a house and had an offer accepted, but it's dependant on some other stuff happening
so I can't really get excited. Which is a bit meh.

I'm not sure we could, it pretty much ticked every box possilbe
except for the front of the house not looking as nice as we would like. But the location is great, the garden backs onto a wood, and it already has planning permission for a two storey extension should you want to do that.
