Im also cooking yet another thai yellow curry. It's definitely my new favourite.
alt. Not really. I like to see how masses cope to minor disruptions for the lols though.

I cook a mean Thai prawn and lime red curry - nomtastic. I'd cook it tonight but I can't be arsed, I don't have prawns or lime and no thai red curry paste - other than that, I'm all set!

thai spices in coconut milk with a tablespoon or so of curry paste. Nice.
