I at first thought I missed a few things by not being in the right place, but then saw myself in some of the photos where I didn´t expect to see me. I suspect my brain must have been erased with a giant mind-rubber.

Possibly.
I need to discuss this with my boss as a hypothetical first, then discuss particulars. If it's okay in general principle, then I'll start making plans and making it happen.

The hitch here is that I'm a contract employee- no paid time off, no benefits, just straight cash for hours worked. I have no job security and no paid time off, so it's not as straightforward as I would like. However, I can probably juggle the finances enough to make it work, so it's now merely a matter of permission.

I'll hit him up later today for that, as I see he's around today...
