Cor!
I do like swimming, preferably in the sea.
I don't know what that other bit means

Gay Day more like!

It uses muscles I have never used before, as cliche as that is.
I was in the unusual position of leaving the pool with some of my arm muscles just warming up and others screaming at me for mercy.

I'm sure I read somewhere that swimming utilises most muscles

It does, and no impact issues either
Also, front crawl or GTF. Breaststroke should only be used when entertaining a lady

Front crawl is shit and pointless, unless you are racing someone.
And I'm not.

Best for fitness though

Not good for your back though - twists the spine.

It really helped my back when I used to swim all the time

Good for muscular, not for skeletal.

My girlfriend suggested breastroke when I got tired.
I quite rightly laughed her off. I may be as weak as a kitten, but I am still a man, dammit. Of course, she then went on to do two further lengths than I did using front crawl.

Man points docked.

Most of my exercise in my life thus far has been lifting related.
So, such as they pathetically are, my biceps, forearms and shoulders are best developed. On the other hand, I thought I'd snapped a tricep the way it hurt last night.
