Several reasons
I don't think we would be particularly suited to it.
We're not established enough to be invited to play and there is no way I would ever participate in some God awful competition to win a shit slot at midday.

Agreed
There are too many venues/'promoters'/festivals/whatever who expect bands to play for nothing, yet they themselves get paid. Worse still, there are bands who play - sometimes for years - for 'the exposure' while their agents make money.
