I got some new trainers.
Well, I believe the fashion mags would call them sneakers. But they are nice.
Can you rin faster now with your new shoes?

I hope so, they are proper running ones. And I'm going to run in them, in a gym and everything!

Back when I used to run I had a pair of Saucony ones. Really good and not expensive.

Asics are very good for long distance running apparently. So probably not suitable for you.

first, when i am at a fitness level i am happy with, i can run for an hour and more
secondly, who cares, so long as they are comfortable and your feet and knees don't hurt after running for 1 metre or 10 miles??
