I got some new trainers. Well, I believe the fashion mags would call them sneakers. But they are nice.

first, when i am at a fitness level i am happy with, i can run for an hour and moresecondly, who cares, so long as they are comfortable and your feet and knees don't hurt after running for 1 metre or 10 miles??
