This week's beer - SchiehallionSchiehallion (pronounced "She-ally-on") is a real stand-out British lager.
Acclaimed beer writer Pete Brown got it about right when he said it is "so lovely that ale snobs who hate lager pretend it’s an ale so they can justify drinking it."
