I fucking love the Beach BoysI think all the early surf and cars stuff is ace, I'm obsessive about Brian's late 60s purple patch and I even have a soft spot for some of their 70s output when the other members took the helm.
I can, however, understand how others may not like them.

They were nothing more than a barber shop quartet who got lucky.The only reason they sold so many records is because you'll find them next to the Beatles in HMV.
