Our Marketing department needed a particular Google+ app.So I sat down, worked out what was needed. Just a pretty simple OU set up and an app rolled out to it. Except I've got no rights. I tell the one global guy, he gives me a smug "I know", then has a conversation with an American who opens it up to the entire company.
