I have started to eat my beetroot now that I've grown in the gardenThey are all of the ace. Boiled then roasted with balsamic vinegar and chilli flakes

People who don't like beetrootTend to only have had them pickled before. Like you said, roasted beetroot is bloody marvellous. You can wilt the leaves too. Taste like spinach.
