stupid fucking cables. but that wasn't the original problem. turning the twat off and on again fixed that. stupid fucking computers.

It was a (semi) serious answer
as it was the cause of issues for a lady I had to deal with once, she had one of those adjustable height desks and when raising it the edge keys (such as CTRL and ENTER) would sometimes catch on the underside of her chesticles, causing odd things to happen to her computer.
