mine have all been pretty sensible reallyi work very closely with my boss, so nothing either of us says is a surprise. they are very generous on payrises too, i'm on 33% more than when i joined a few years ago, and i got a lovely bonus this year too (insert obligatory tax rant).
but filling out the form is a ballache. you just end up using a thesauraus to rewrite last year's shit.
