This is true
I spoke to my solicitors on Friday and they said in 25 years they'd not had dealing with such a bad buying solicitor. It took them 6 weeks to respond to a letter. He hadn't even put his 4 weeks notice in on the flat so I fucked him off.

He's now spent lots on searches
