Not bad but overrated. I can get it for a quid a lobster and when you're not blinded by the expense it goes from being amazing to not bad.

I had a great surf and turf a few months agoTenderloin steak with 1/2 a lobster on top.

If not done right then it's such a waste, but if done right I love it. I also like prawns the size of baby's fists
