hmm I do have petit pois, but I wanted something to moisten it up a bit.
It's a cheap cut, my old housemate left it in the freezer; waste not want not etc.


In other news, sprinkling tandoori spice mix on chicken escalopes stops them tasting of FUCK ALL (I had them in sandwiches for breakfast yesterday).
