Probably, yes.
One of our regulars was arrested at the weekend for drink driving, he drinks eight pints early doors every day, and drives, been doing it for years. The general consensus is well done, you've had a good run. Idiots.

There were two horrible old soaks on the bus the other day
Gave the lady driver a load of grief because she asked to see his ticket twice. They were very sweary and generally unpleasant.

They're lowering the drink-drive limit up here.
I don't have sympathy for people that get tanked and drive, however I'm concerned about the impact it'll have the morning after.

Scotland.
Lowering it to 50mg and rushing it through before Christmas. The AA et al seem to think it's pointless as most alcohol attributable crashes do not sit above that but below the current limit.
