I'm really surprised I haven't got diabetes
considering my age and weight. However, the doctor did gasp at my blood pressure the other day and threatened me with drugs.

When I started, I tried giving up Diet Pepsi (the nearest thing I could think of to a serious addiction.
I managed about a week.
