I wouldn't go down the 'dark net' route. About 8 years ago I saw a documentary on illegal phamacutical makers, mostly based in India, and they used things like old cement mixers. The show was about how that stuff ends up in the UK legit supply chain. Plus stories like those Superman Pills a few months ago.
