I always thought "douche" was just a shower, 'cos I learned French at school, innit.Mrs V's Canadian friend keeps referring to people as"douchebags" , and I commented what a weird insult it was.
They told me what a douche was, and what a douchebag is.

hahahahahahahaIt is very much a quirky North American thing. I am not sure European women use douchebags.
