pretty much
i was told the RS was a pointless waste of money, so we went for the s-line plus, 2 litre engine, leather interior, heated seats, blah blah usual stuff. i wasn't allowed to spend the extra money on it automatically puttings its ears back when you lock it though :(

We can spend the extra ten grand that would have cost on a little runabout for you.

I only read the first sentence, assumed RS was an acronym for Rachelswipe and did a lol.

I have that option
As I am a forgetful fuckwit - always wondering 'did I lock the car'? - I use the fact that the ears are flat as a visual check that it is, in fact locked. Very useful as I live in a flat and can't be arsed to go downstairs to properly check

i also wanted the electric seats
but i was consoled with the "storage pack" to put pockets on the back of them instead

Pointless when you never need to move them.

Although I have a lowly Nissan...
... I was reassured by the salesman - when I asked about optional extras for my vehicle - he replied 'There are no optional extras, it has everything on it'
Pretty much accurate.

Yeah, but when some pissed cunt kicks one of them off
it will cost about £800 to replace, rather than a couple of hundred for a normal mirror.

All bills = someone else's problem

My remote central locking works from quite far away
if I did live in a ghastly flat I could lean out of the window, press the button and see the lights flash.
