In hindsight I think the recipe was 2lbs of sugar and a couple of cans of milk (whatever carnation is, evaporated or condensed, it was the other one) and some full fat milk. A pan of diabetes basically.

i think to make really good fudge you need a sugar kettle thing, but i've never known what one does
