I am enormously excited 'cos my kids are BOTH making their debuts for the Scotland Junior Volleyball teams tonight
They've been playing for years, work like Trojans and I'm immensely proud of the little shits.

Alt: Porridge, OJ, coffee
AltAlt: Watching 2 volleyball matches tonight, probably breaking my back down the allotment tomorrow, through to Glasgow to my sister's on Sunday.

I like that one they play on the beach in their skanties

The opportunities to play beach volleyball in Scotland are somewhat limited.
But my daughter goes to beach training during the summer. The variable Scottish weather makes it a bit like Russian Roulette.

they should train by playing with curling stones
