I am enormously excited 'cos my kids are BOTH making their debuts for the Scotland Junior Volleyball teams tonight
They've been playing for years, work like Trojans and I'm immensely proud of the little shits.
Alt: Porridge, OJ, coffee
AltAlt: Watching 2 volleyball matches tonight, probably breaking my back down the allotment tomorrow, through to Glasgow to my sister's on Sunday.

The opportunities to play beach volleyball in Scotland are somewhat limited.
But my daughter goes to beach training during the summer. The variable Scottish weather makes it a bit like Russian Roulette.

I'm also NOT working overtime this weekend for a massive change
Alt:
Coffee and three slices of peanut butter toast
AltAlt:
ParkRun is the morning, followed by calf friends coming over. Most likely some kind of curry

Only about 5 mins.
The guy getting sucked off was staring at me the whole time though, so it was a bit uncomfortable.
