Half-agreeing with thisI can see mayonnaise, chili sauce and blue cheese sauce as excellent on chips, but combining flavours from that bunch sounds a bit unholy.

Back in the day we used to eat what we called 'the box of badness'. Donner meat and chips with ALL the sauces.Ketchup, mayo, chilli, mint, lemon, garlic.
They somehow combined to make something that wasn't vile.
