Morning Yeti
I had my weekly shave this morning and thus have lost at least 10 years from my age. Was out for a 4 mile run last night so a bit stiff this morning too

Today I will be mostly drinking coffee and coding a new copy script for one of our products. A nice easy day

Sounds like a mildly satisfying day ahead alright. I hit the weights shortly after breakfast this morning and currently feel like puking, but I'm taking it as a good sign.
