my argument that partial, personally identifiable information posted in a "public" place about me being a rapist, or collector of child porn is a targeted attempt at causing alarm. And that any "reasonable person" as mentioned in the act would agree.

And that it isn't in fact a problem that someone is posting specifics about my life with accusations of serious crimes.
