Can anyone remember this sketch?
A sketch from a British TV show... maybe a comedy duo - I thought it might be Armstrong and Miller but I can't find it.

Maybe from sometime between 1998-2008

There's a man in a park and he's mumbling to himself, he's a bit hungover maybe and this passerby asks him what he's talking about and he makes this inane point about the squirrels and the passerby is fascinated and asks him to go into more detail and ends up inviting him to a meeting so the mumbling man can explain his thought about the squirrels to his colleagues.

He goes to an office and is sat in a meeting with several people and he says some comment about squirrels and everyone thinks it's shit...

Or something...
