but dont let the other two get away with it!
The doctor didnt even realise the baby had a broken spine. I cant believe anyone could treat a child like that.
Makes me sick.

Release them on Friday.
After publishing details of when and where they will be released in the national newspapers, along with detailed descriptions of the poor child's injuries and their mugshots, of course.
Oh, and declaring a local police holiday in the area.
We'd all be queuing.

"two social workers and a lawyer had been given formal written warnings".....oh yeah, that is certainly sufficient.
"All the signs were that we were dealing with a mother who had poor parenting skills."....ya think?
"I am satisfied that the action that should have been taken was taken.".......if appropriate acction had been taken, the baby would have been removed from the home long before the boy's death.
I"m sure if you look hard enough, you will be able to find several people to torture the adults for resonable rates

Even hardened criminals don't like baby killers.

scum, i was quite chilled tonight till i read that link.
It would appear that the states promise of care from the cradle to the grave was fulfilled, unfortunatley far too quickly, even if it was severley lacking.
I suggest placing the social workers an an iron maiden and the unfortunate doctor it would appear needs to visit specsavers, either that or have her eyes poked out so she cant "practice" on anyone else, she sounds like dr Nick from the simpsons.
God (or pick your idol of choice) bless that wee lad, he is in my thoughts tonight.
I currently work looking after children who have been taken into care and the number of parents( i use that term lightly) who are totally incapable due to their own weak will and selfishness shocks me (Yes you might have a drink/drug problem but that wee thing is your flesh and blood, SORT YOURSELF OUT!!)
Just because you have reproductive organs for god sake dont use them if you have crippling addictions to drink, drugs or are clearly incapable of looking after yourself let alone the blessing that a new baby undoubtably is.
Rant over!!
Peace

That there are people that cant even have children and would have done anything to give that little baby a loving home.
I dont think you could have found a bigger bunch of moronic, selfish, inhumane, so -called people.

a kettle full of sugar syrup to pour into his eyes or something. Incredibly inventive these convicts....lots of time on their hands, see? Having said that what an appalling fuck up by social services, some people need to be canned/ struck off/ prosecuted for criminal negligence.
Edit/ Additional: Whilst I'd more often than not describe John Gaunt as a bit of a cock, I'm afraid I'm standing shoulder to shoulder on him with his point about children in care - and I think there's a lot of insight into the whole social services mentality when they put so much effort into preventing smokers from fostering yet this seems to have passed them by completely when they needed to act. RIP little guy.

"No chance of a conviction" regarding the mother? WTF?!

But really there should be some kind of review for would-be parents. For example those living on benefits or those with violent histories should not be "allowed" children.

Did I have to read that link. Its made me cry, I'm a man of 30 with a child of the same age and even the very notion of such abuse is horrific.
I will gladly torture that cunt to death with my bare hands. For free.

I'm with you. I was reading an article a week or two ago of similar stature (the one where the sick cnut broke that little girl's spine over his knee).
I had tears streaming down my face.
Having children certainly changes you. When I was 18 ish, I would have read that article with impunity - not understanding what it really means.
Now I have children, it breaks my heart to hear or read things like that.

Wouldn't stop me poking that fucker's eyes out with a red hot knitting needle though. With cat shit on the end.
