i've got a student loan -smug grin-
lowest possible interest,i don't have to pay it back until i'm legitimately earning enough,i can keep track of my finances easily,there is no way a crunch will effect me unless it's massive inflation.
and i spend all day on wikipedia learning incredible amounts or writing essays.
i love life.

i worked out what my salary in dirhams buys in pounds the other day
i still have a mortage and other stuff to pay for in the uk so it is relevant

i first did this whan i was offered the job out here in dubai

since april i have basically had a 14k 'rise' just because the pound is so weak

its been dropping so much my wife thought i was sending back hundreds of pounds more each month because of this

oh an my mortgage in the uk is dropping to
