I had a flatmate
who would only poo twice a week. This was when I was first diagnosed with lactose intolerance, so I was incredibly jealous at the time. Looking back, she did smell a bit funny!

My friend who poos once a month
used to be a championship yachtswoman. On a lot of the racing yachts there where no loos so what you did had to be done over the side.
So she got very good at holding it in.
I knew someone else who was a boarding school who could only shit at home. So he would save it until the holidays.

I cannot poo at work. It has to be somewhere I can relax enough to enjoy it properly. The very act of going for a poo signals "time out". One cannot be interrupted; the entire process invokes legitimate sanctuary & solitude, preferably with some decent reading material.
